APPOINTMENTS ARE RECOMMENDED to try on bridal, bridesmaid, and mother’s gowns. We will do our best to accommodate walk-ins. No appointments are necessary for prom or evening gowns. Saturday appointments book up 1 – 2 weeks in advance. Please be sure to book your appointments early.
Appointment Duration
After-Hours Appointments
Please call if you need to schedule an after-hours appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you. There is a $25 non-refundable deposit for private appointments on days and times outside our normal business hours. This fee is to cover the cost of the consultant. If you make a purchase the $25 deposit will be applied toward your purchase. This fee does not apply to appointments during normal business hours.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. This gives us enough time to fill the slot.
Late Arrival Policy
We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. Late arrivals 15 minutes or later past scheduled appointment time may be asked to reschedule the appointment.
